Q) How does it work?
A) SwitchYourGames.com is a unique website which enables you to swap your old and completed console
games SAFELY AND FREE OF CHARGE!
- Register your details for FREE!
- List the games you OWN that you have to trade in ‘Add My Games’
- Search our database for games you WANT in ‘Available Games’
- Offer swaps and negotiate game trades
- Send your game(s) to our processing centre upon completion of an agreed trade
- Game(s) will be sent to their new owners upon receipt of game(s) FROM BOTH TRADERS

- All games are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery

Q) Is it safe? Can I trust the other members?
A) SwitchYourGames.com uses a CENTRAL PROCESSING CENTRE and GUARANTEES AGAINST ANY FRAUD OR
LOSS. Send your game(s) to us upon accepting an offer (see 'About Us' for details) and we will ensure that if the trade is not made within
one week, your game will be returned to you. You may contact us at any time if you have any further enquiries regarding this
process.

Q) How do I list my games?
A) Register your details, click on ‘Add My Games’ and select ‘Add My Games’. Choose your console,
then select the games you have that you wish to trade. Once selected, your games will be listed in the database so that other
traders can make you offers.

Q) How do I make an offer?
A) Search the database in ‘Available Games’ for the game(s) you want. Click on ‘Offer Swaps' underneath the
picture of the game you want. This will enable you to send the owner (of that game) a message. The message will automatically
show the other trader the game(s) you have to swap, your username, and feedback details. The offer may be accepted, declined
or a question may be asked in return.

Q) How do I negotiate with another member?
A) You may swap two games for one, or swap a Playstation 2 game for an Xbox 360 game if you want. It is up to
you. You can put comments and requests in the offers you send.

Q) What happens when I accept an offer?
A) When you accept an offer made by another member you must send your game(s) to our processing centre as soon as
possible (SYG.com, P.O Box 743, Chesham, HP5 1US). YOU MUST INCLUDE £1.50 to cover the postage costs between our processing centre and
the other member's home. Please include the details of the swap in a note with the game.

Q) Why should I send the game via recorded delivery?
A) We ask that all games are sent to us by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This service is available in every
post office. It ensures that games are not lost in the post, and the package may be tracked on the internet. The game is also
insured in the event that it is lost up to the value of £34.

Q) What is the feedback star rating about?
A) Feedback should be left after each trade in ‘My Switch History’ to make comments on the other trader. Five
full stars is representative of a perfect trade. A member with 5 stars will be a very reliable member to trade with. Each
member should aim to receive a 5 star rating. Members with 5 empty stars (no stars) may be new members. Read the feedback
posted on member’s accounts before making a trade.

Q) How long does the switch take?
A) That really depends on you traders. If the game is sent the same day as the trade is agreed, the game should
arrive with us the next day. We will check the games, repackage them, and send them out via Recorded Delivery the same day.

Q) How can I win a Playstation Portable by referring my friends?
A) When you choose to ‘refer a friend’, an invitation email is sent to them. When they sign up, they make
reference to YOU on the registration form so we know that you referred them. Whoever refers the most people within the first 90
days, who complete a trade, from the web site launch date (01.02.08) will win the Sony PSP. The winner will be announced on
01.06.08. Referred members must complete a trade to be counted in the competition. The current leaders in the competition shall
be published in the fortnightly newsletter (every two weeks) so you can see how you are doing. Good Luck!

Q) What computers/games consoles can I swap games for?
A) You can swap games for the following consoles: Playstation, Playstation 2, Playstation 3, PSP, Xbox, Xbox 360,
Nintendo Wii, GameCube, Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS, Dreamcast and the PC. If you would like us to add more consoles please
contact us.

Q) Is it really FREE?
A) Yes, it is FREE. You will have to pay for postage though. – Sorry!

Q) How much is postage?
A) The postage costs are currently approx £1.40 for a Packet weighing upto 250 grams to be sent 1st class recorded
delivery (www.royalmail.com). This includes
postal insurance up to £34.00. You should keep your recorded delivery slip from the post office as proof of postage.

Q) What if my game is in bad condition?
A) ALL the games traded on SwitchYourGames.Com MUST be in FULL WORKING ORDER.
The condition of the game(s) and (or) box must be disclosed in the comments box when listing the game.

Q) Help me! Someone is sending me rude messages.
A) In the event of receipt of rude or explicit messages, please contact us and we may suspend that members
account after looking in to the problem.

Q) Where do I send the game(s) to upon a completed trade?
A) Send your games to SwitchYourGames.com, PO Box 743, Chesham, HP5 1US, and remember to include £1.50 for
postage (cash preferably). WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU to send the game(s) in a 'LARGE LETTER SIZE JIFFY BAG or ENVELOPE' as
it is only costs £1.40 for 1st class Recorded Delivery with the Royal Mail. This guarantees safe delivery or adequate
compensation.
